Yes it is how often. Guys just need to cut down on all the wanting and porn watching lol make it so every other day you don't wank or watch porn. Then cut the porn down to once a week.
    Then problem solved.
It is a big problem though. Guys in there prime def shouldn't have trouble keeping a boner. It's a worry!

Speaking from my own experience, the older I get, the less attraction I have to it (I suppose).
Currently the rareness is more like this, with no sexual activity in between: masturbated three days ago, masturbated a week before that, masturbated a month before that, had sex two months before that. At one point I got about 5 months without any porn, masturbation OR sex

Sometimes when I have watched porn, I haven't gotten a boner and my mind starts drifting off about all kinds of things like human psychology and human evolution.

I guess some of that reflects on how there are often several weeks between my activity on this site too, I guess I've become indifferent to sexuality, despite how amazing it can be

If a woman was to watch porn and mastubate daily she probably wouldn't want sex? We don't have to get anything up but would our urges leave us if we did it daily or all day? So really it would be the same problem.
Do anything to much it becomes more habit than excitement so is it really a health crisis?

    Exactly!!

The "creators" of this item are confusing (purposefully I suspect) erectile dysfunction with simple loss of sexual appetite. It's the same recurring psychology you can see in any repeating process. Human beings grow tired of routine. Watching porn a lot normalizes it, making it just something you see everyday and nothing special...ergo... not arousing.

Wanking every day satisfies your sexual appetite as well so combining the 2 together would just wear your sexual level down to zero.

As Missy said, women would suffer the exact same problem if they watched it every day. This is nothing to do with erectile dysfunction. Their cocks are fine. Just their sexual appetite is gone and they basically aren't in the mood - even though they keep forcing themselves to.

Is it not the same to for long term relationships? It's not necessarily problems with your love for each other, just everything has become normal. We fall into repetitive cycles and traps where we need one day a week as spice night. Or one day a week as something else other than porn, till our one day leads to more.
We are creatures of habit. We just can get stuck in it.

Perhaps your finding other things in life just as exciting so therefore less input into sexuality thinking. Fulfilment all round with more balance

It is a big problem though. Guys in there prime def shouldn't have trouble keeping a boner. It's a worry!

Is it fair for us woman to say for guys to cut down when perhaps their enjoyment coming from watching the porn and wanking is where they are at in life. It is what it is? Maybe it's more satisfying than sex itself. Who knows. Why do we judge it, label it and say it's a problem? Is it really proven porn affects performance when there are so many others variables in a persons life? Too many to statically prove anything.
Not getting a boner can come down to a number of things, performance anxiety, sexual anxiety, even just life anxiety. Lack of excitement, thinking to hard. Too much stress. Low blood pressure?
    Could be anything really.

A guy in his prime shouldn't have trouble keeping a boner? We can't judge prime by average age. It's different for everyone. And no guy should ever be judged for having trouble keeping a boner at any age I feel. Our bodies have their own mind. Society needs to stop judging everything and labelling everything. We are all unique. Just my opinion

Yes, there are a plethora of documentaries detailing the damage porn does to your brain chemistry. I would emplore you to research the topic as it is incredibly fascinating (and terrifying).

I think anything watched repetively to extreme will change brain chemistry (or damage it?)
I'm sure gaming will be classed the same way.
Is it porn itself to be blamed or purely our habits?

I would be inclined to say both, to varying degrees.

Personal habits with anything we do, will effect us majorly depending on what that said habit is.

Porn, in itself is just filmed sex made to stimulate your mind. It lacks all the physical and SOCIAL experiences of having sex. (Things like taste, smell, touch (apart from your own hand on yourself), are all absent from the experience. So, it's a very exclusionary activity.

I had a conversation with an escort I was with about a year and a half ago, she said about the way that porn vs actual sex (which I had just had with her), are completely different experiences. Essentially she said that making masturbation to porn a regular thing will likely ruin the way your brain reacts to the physical experience of sex (which is, um..physical).

Back to personal habits, everything adds up in someway, whether it's your morning coffee ritual, remembering to lock the door, watching [TV show] every single night, drop your kids of in time etc.
So the more you do it, the less you're likely to forget it, aka you do it by automatic. Same with porn, automatic in your room by yourself with your computer results in your brain and body reacting to sex in a different way to if you where having sex on a regular basis.

    Catch my drift?
